We, the undersigned residents of Ontario, urgently petition the Ontario government to launch an immediate and thorough investigation into the malicious prosecution, slander, libel, fraud, and abuse of judicial process in the case of Parimoo v. Amin and 786 Ummah Vs PSCC #1021.
In the name of my Allah the most merciful and most gracious I, Abu Ubaida Amin, am a victim of serious criminal conduct perpetrated by Sabina Ashraf Parimoo and her legal counsel, Peter Gordon Leigh, who knowingly brought a civil claim against me for $1 million, falsely accusing me of attempted murder October 22, 2022 without any credible evidence or recording and any such evidence ever existed. Such reckless and unfounded accusations represent a blatant abuse of Ontario’s judicial system.
Ontario law explicitly states that lawyers cannot assist or participate in their clients’ criminal actions or fraudulent claims. Despite this, Peter Gordon Leigh has actively facilitated Sabina Ashraf Parimoo’s malicious legal actions, causing devastating and irreparable harm to my reputation, emotional well-being, financial stability, and overall quality of life and public tax payers lost over $400,000.00 funding frivolous malicious claim.
Additionally, these parties intentionally misled RSJ Ricchetti to fraudulently obtain court orders exceeding $30,000 against a financially vulnerable individual in Canada. They have perpetuated extreme malice, engaging in a continuous campaign of abuse, slander, and lies for 36 months against disabled business ower and taxpayer and this petition is to protect the public interest.
Moreover, the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton West allowed malicious, slanderous, and libellous pleadings to proceed without any supporting evidence, resulting in the violation of my constitutional rights specifically due to my identity as a Pakistani Muslim in this country.
We request the Ontario government:
- Initiate an independent, comprehensive investigation into the actions and conduct of Sabina Ashraf Parimoo and lawyer Peter Gordon Leigh and order arrest.
- Hold accountable and impose appropriate legal penalties, including criminal charges and professional disbarment, on any parties found to have maliciously and fraudulently used the legal system.
- Provide public transparency and accountability to ensure that justice is restored, and that this abuse of the legal system never occurs again.
This petition demands swift and decisive action to uphold justice, integrity, and fairness within Ontario’s legal system, protecting citizens from such egregious misconduct.
